Lynn Blake is a passionate advocate, survivor, and leader in the fight to save lives from cardiac arrest. In 2007, at just 27 years old, she survived sudden cardiac arrest thanks to CPR and defibrillation—an experience that forever changed her path. Determined to turn her survival into purpose, she has dedicated her life to raising awareness, improving survival rates, and driving meaningful change.
Her efforts have led to international cardiac arrest awareness campaigns, legislative advancements, and recognition from organizations such as the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross.
